ARMADO– IS A SOFTWARE, ONE OF THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOLS DESIGNED FOR MANAGEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL OIL & GAS PROJECTS (CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS), WHICH HAS BEEN ALREADY IN USE ON LARGE-SCALE MEGAPROJECTS FOR THE LAST 8 YEARS.

THE SOFTWARE IS DESIGNED TO UNITE AND INTEGRATE THE ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT BY VARIOUS PROJECT TEAMS LOCATED IN VARIOUS REMOTE PROJECT OFFICES VIA INTERNET. SUCH THE PROJECT TEAMS THEREBY OBTAIN THEIR OWN CUSTOMIZED “CLOUD SOLUTIONS”, WHICH BECOME AN ELECTRONIC SKELETON OF THE PROJECT FROM THE “FEED” AND “EPC” PHASES UP TO “OPERATIONS” PHASE.

THE SOFTWARE IS DESIGNED TO MANAGE THE PROJECT DOCUMENT CONTROL ACTIVITIES AND PROVIDES A STRUCTURIZED STORAGE OF MORE THAN 700 THOUSAND DRAWINGS (FOR THE PURPOSE OF TRACKING OF THEIR REVISIONS AUTOMATICALLY), PROCEDURES, BUSINESS CORRESPONDENCE, MOMs, TRANSMITTALS (GENERATE OUTGOING AND ABSORB INCOMING TRANSMITTALS) , CONTRACTS, REPORTS, DIAGRAMS AND 3D MODELS IN THE ONLINE MODE.

A USER-FRIENDLY AND SIMPLE INTERFACE ALLOWS TO EXCHANGE THE DOCUMENTS WITHIN PROJECT TEAM USING THE SOFTWARE, ISSUE THE DOCUMENTS TO CONTRACTORS, CLIENTS ON A “SINGLE SOURCE” BASIS WHEREAS THE USERS MAY UTILIZE ANY GADGET OR ANY BROWSER.

THE SYSTEM WILL AUTOMATICALLY DISTRIBUTE THE NOTIFICATIONS OF NEW UPLOADED REPORTS, CORRESPONDENCE, MOMS, WILL TRACK THE DOCUMENTS ON HOLD AND UNACCOMPLISHED JOB TASKS, AS WELL AS PROVIDE THE ANALYTIC DATA AND REPORTS. THE SYSTEM ALLOWS THE BUILT-IN DATA PROTECTION TOOLS, FLEXIBLE POLICY OF RIGHT AND DELIMITATION OF AUTHORITY. THE SOFTWARE IS A LEGAL AND PATENTED INSTRUMENT. THE LICENSE IS HELD BY THE ARMADO-TEAMWORK CONSULTING COMPANY. THE SOFTWARE WILL BE HOSTED ON A CLIENT'S SERVER, AND 24/7 TECHNICAL SUPPORT WILL BE PROVIDED ON AN ANNUAL BASIS. WE WILL PROVIDE THE TRAININGS AND ASSIST YOUR PROJECT TEAM TO DEVELOP PROJECT CONTROLS, REPORTING AND DCC SYSTEM FROM THE ZERO LEVEL.

The software automatically unloads actual revisions of drawings to generate a Bid package based on the Feasibility study, engineering design with the register which is followed by printing and distribution to bidders. The software provides storage of bidding documents and facilitates Pre- & Post- Bid Clarification.

Within ARMADO software the equipment and material documents of vendors (VENDOR DOCs) can be stored, all documentation is organized based on the hierarchy structure (WBS) as per discipline.

ARMADO is responsible for timely and full provision of approved actual drawings for "Construction" for foremen and supervisors on site. Maintaining of sustainable exchange of data and documents between Office, Construction site, Surveillance authority, Design offices based on the “single source” with 24/7 online mode.

COMMISSIONING AND OPERATION

All documentation such as RED MARK UP, AS-BUILT, INSPECTION TEST REPORTS and other final documents are uploaded in the repository, comments' elimination dates are monitored via system.

During operation it is often necessary to have a quick access to the drawings’ archive "As built", equipment data sheets etc. ARMADO provides password- based access to the archive for Windows, OS and Android applications (remotely via internet or local network).

Document access is protected with passwords, user rights, it is also protected against “brute force” etc.

If your goal is to manage and participate in ARMADO projects it will provide you with the 24/7 repository access of daily/weekly/monthly reports and so on, actual diagrams, correspondence and minutes of meetings loaded from various DCC offices. The system will notify you of new documents’ download on timely basis.

ARMADO services will assist in developing of backup documents when invoicing for payment or examination of invoices for payment on Engineering and Procurement parts to a Client.

In the event of claim settlement, the system will automatically restore the correspondence history for the given topic.
